제1조 (목적) / Article 1 (Purpose)

본 약관은 BRANDEEP(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 AI 검색 점유율 측정 서비스의 이용 조건을 규정합니다.
These Terms govern your use of BRANDEEP's AI search visibility measurement service.

제2조 (서비스 내용) / Article 2 (Services)

• ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini 등 AI 검색엔진 브랜드 노출 점유율(SOV) 측정
• 브랜드 평균 추천 순위(avgRank) 분석 및 GEO Score 리포트
• PDF 다운로드 및 링크 공유
• Brand Share of Voice (SOV) measurement across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini
• Average Recommendation Rank (avgRank) analysis and GEO Score reports
• PDF export and shareable report links

제3조 (회원가입) / Article 3 (Account Registration)

• 만 14세 이상 (일부 국가 16세 이상) 가입 가능 / Must be at least 14 years old (16 in certain jurisdictions, including the EU)
• 정확한 정보 입력 의무 / Accurate information required
• 1인 1계정, 계정 양도 및 공유 금지 / One account per person; no transfer or sharing

제4조 (유료 플랜 및 결제) / Article 4 (Paid Plans & Billing)

• 유료 플랜 종류 및 가격은 서비스 내 요금제 페이지에서 확인 가능하며, 사전 고지 후 변경될 수 있음 / Plan types and pricing are available on the pricing page and may change with prior notice
• 해외 결제는 USD/EUR 등 현지 통화로 표시될 수 있음 / International users may see prices converted to local currency
• 매월 자동 갱신 / Monthly auto-renewal
• 결제 수단: 토스페이먼츠(국내), 국제 카드 지원 예정 / Payment: TossPayments (Korea), international cards coming soon
• 플랜 변경은 다음 결제일부터 적용 / Plan changes take effect on next billing date

제5조 (환불 정책) / Article 5 (Refund Policy)

• 결제일로부터 7일 이내, 미이용 시 전액 환불 / Full refund within 7 days of payment if unused
• EU 거주자는 14일 이내 청약철회권 보장 / EU residents are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU Consumer Rights Directive
• 딥스캔 1회 이상 사용 시 환불 제한 / Refunds may be limited after using 1 or more deep scans

제6조 (이용 제한) / Article 6 (Prohibited Use)

• 타인 계정 무단 사용 / Unauthorized use of another's account
• 자동화 크롤링, API 무단 접근 / Automated scraping or unauthorized API access
• 허위 브랜드 정보 등록 / Registering false brand information
• 재판매 또는 화이트라벨 무단 사용 / Reselling or white-labeling without authorization

제7조 (지적재산권) / Article 7 (Intellectual Property)

• 서비스 내 모든 콘텐츠, 알고리즘, UI의 저작권은 회사 귀속 / All content, algorithms, and UI are owned by BRANDEEP
• 회원 생성 리포트는 개인·비즈니스 목적 한정 사용 가능 / Member-generated reports may be used for personal or business purposes only

제8조 (면책조항) / Article 8 (Disclaimer)

• AI 검색엔진 정책 변경으로 인한 데이터 변동 무책임 / We are not liable for data changes caused by AI platform policy updates
• 측정 결과는 참고용이며 비즈니스 결과 보장 불가 / Results are for reference only and do not guarantee business outcomes
• 서비스 중단, 오류로 인한 손해 배상 범위는 해당 월 결제 금액 한도 / Liability limited to the monthly fee paid

제9조 (준거법 및 분쟁해결) / Article 9 (Governing Law & Disputes)

• 기본 준거법: 대한민국 법률 / Default governing law: Republic of Korea
• EU 거주자: 거주지 국가 소비자보호법 우선 적용 / EU residents may invoke local consumer protection laws
• 미국 거주자: 캘리포니아주 법률 적용 가능 / US residents may be subject to California law
• 분쟁 우선 협의 후 조정, 소송은 서울중앙지방법원 관할 / Disputes resolved by negotiation first, then Seoul Central District Court
