- Supabase (데이터 저장 / data storage, servers in the EU/US)
- OpenAI, Perplexity, Google (AI 쿼리 처리 / AI query processing)
- 법령에 의한 요청 / Legal requests
5. 국제 데이터 이전 / International Data Transfers
- 데이터는 미국 및 EU 소재 서버에 저장될 수 있음 / Data may be stored on servers in the US and EU
- EU→미국 이전 시 표준계약조항(SCC) 적용 / EU-to-US transfers comply with Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
6. 이용자 권리 / Your Rights
- 열람, 수정, 삭제, 이전, 처리 정지 요청 가능 / Right to access, correct, delete, port, and restrict processing
- EU 거주자: GDPR 상 권리 전체 보장 / EU residents: Full GDPR rights guaranteed
- 미국 캘리포니아 거주자: CCPA 적용 (판매 거부권 포함) / California residents: CCPA rights, including opt-out of sale
